The purpose of the course is to demonstrate the functions of the Meeting Room Booking System. By the end of this course you will able to execute and administer room bookings using the online system, in accordance with the Meeting Rooms Policy and Procedure.

The course consists of 6 modules and 4 activities that are to be completed using the sandbox version of the OPL website, which is used for testing and training.  The course should take 45 to 60 minutest to complete. The activities are designed to give you an opportunity to practice using the system. Be sure to access the Activity Sheets and the Meeting Room Booking System Guide in the Reference Materials section of the course as you will need them as you progress through the course.
