As a shift worker, you face particular challenges because of your irregular shifts and night work. This course will provide you with practical nutrition tips in order to improve overall health and well being. Each of these modules has been designed to respond to specific challenges. Challenges include meal planning, eating out and keeping the mind alert as well as to help with sleep.

 Modules can be viewed individually, preferably chronologically, or all in the same sitting. Each module is less than 10 minutes and ends with key points, a short quiz and additional relevant resources.
